It has taken us more than a half-century to develop our quality management process, from inspection and protocol controls to our total quality guarantee, our process is similar to today’s Six Sigma or Lean process. Our aim is to maximize customer satisfaction in order to improve upon our enterprise’s competitive power, which is priority #1 for GD Medical.

We start with the highest internal requirements for our products. GD Medical practices enterprise development and we operate under this belief “high efficiency, high quality, develop with prosperity together”. GD Medical also believes that developing and implementing a high standard of quality is the "only policy". Working together with our clients and being receptive to our market's needs as well as changes, is the only way to capture the leading position in our market.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT PROCESS
GD Medical has more than 5,000 customers Globally. Our customers all have their own requirements in quality management and we focus on their different wants and needs for their products. You might ask “How can we meet the different needs from/for every customer? GD Medical uses a unique method, the translation from Chinese is “Please come in ” which is to say "Come to us with your product needs and wants, let us help you", through the cooperation with various worldwide companies , GD Medical has brought advanced management concepts and Quality Inspection Standards to a design feature, and what we created was GD Medical's unique Quality Management System or QMS protocols.
QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURE
Quality control is no easy task, especially when you have up to 700 plus items in rolling production. Then add in product design and manufacturing to these tasks , in all of this you would expect to have a small expectation of error, in our world an error, no matter how small has a propensity to become a "Big Problem" Therefore, GD Medical takes the overall quality management requirements, and implements a professional QC monitoring system at each step of production process in order to discover and solve the problems at the point of manufacture.
PRODUCTION INSPECTION
Quality management is not only to be directed by a process of standards, systems, and guidelines, but also should be backed by a process of electronic inspection devices, which are used to catch any items that are less than suitable for our customers. In order to provide a higher quality inspection process, we dedicated an onsite laboratory to complete our product quality inspection, equipped with physical and chemical testing procedures, which includes a sealing lab, a clean inspection room, measurement room, which utilize high-precision instruments. Also, we offer biological and chemical employee training series quarterly. As well as a product for Tonometer’s, digital electron detection instrument's etc..
